Located in a green natural environment in the foothills of the unique Montserrat mountain, IQL run its activities in a responsible way being aware of how important the conservation of this amazing landscape is. Therefore, the Company  minimizes waste and energy consumptions under the most demanding procedures to overcome current legislations. At the same time, IQL cooperates with local public and social entities for the sake of good coexistence and improvement of its working atmosphere and family life.

IQL products are intended to balance performance with sustainability. In terms of raw materials origin, the Company is aiming to create high performance and added value products for each application with the highest possible renewable content. The Company is certified with the ISO 14001 and RSPO, endorsing its character of involvement and concern for the environment.

Its added value products are also contributing to improve environmental aspects by means of alternative products to those non-renewable ones in cosmetics applications , 100% renewable energy boosting oxidative and thermal stable MCT oil for food and feed applications, and environmental acceptable base oils and additives capable to increase drain intervals and reduce energy consumption for lubricant applications.
