Industrial Quimica Lasem, s.a.u. have adopted ESG (Environment/Society/Governance)-focused management as one of the important measures in our management strategy. In accordance with this strategy, we conduct some of CSR activities for the customers, business partners, society and employees.
Code of conduct
We have established the Code of Conduct as an action guideline for CSR initiatives.
We distribute it to all employees and temporary staff for promoting the initiative of all.

We carry out the quality control of our products. Specifically, we have acquired various certifications related to quality such as ISO9001, FSSC22000, GMP+, Halal, Kosher etc.

We establish relationships with our partners based on fairness and mutual trust. This enables us to jointly develop products and markets and achieve growth together.
Developing together with society, we contribute to society as a good corporate citizen, conduct corporate activities, and encourage proactive communication as a member of the EU community.

For the Environment
We are helping to build a resource recycling-oriented society for the future. We have acquired ISO14001 certification, and we develop and provide environment-friendly products in all aspects of our operations, from procurement of raw materials to production, delivery, use, and disposal.
Furthermore, we have recently been aggressively making capital investments to purify exhaust gas, to improve the wastewater treatment and so on.
The United Nations Global Compact
Our parent company, The Nisshin OilliO Group joined the United Nations Global Compact in July 2011. The Global Compact presents universal principles for organizations to observe in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption.
As a member of our group companies, we have also adopted the principles of the Global Compact to earn the trust of our stakeholders and strengthen our CSR efforts.
