Its strategic function is to focus its efforts on those key suppliers for the organization according to the objectives determined by the executive management which are summarized by trust, commitment, consistency, innovation and sustainability.
IQL yearly evaluates the performance of its suppliers based on the quality of its supplies during the period. The main aspects considered in the continuous evaluation are the adherence to the agreed specifications, and the supply in full and at due time.
