In Catalonia, Sant Jordi is a beloved tradition where people exchange roses and books as a celebration of love and culture. At IQL, we embraced this tradition by giving roses to our team, connecting with something deeply rooted in our culture.
This year, as we’ve done in the past, we wanted our gesture to go beyond symbolism. We partnered with the Ampans Foundation to source the roses, supporting their incredible work in promoting the social and workplace inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities.
A simple act, but one with a big impact—blending tradition, purpose, and the values we hold as a company.
