On May 15th, IQL held a CSR event at Ampans, a local facility supporting people with disabilities, as part of our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and community engagement.
During the event, employees were divided into six groups and worked together to build birdhouses aimed at supporting local bird conservation efforts. The activity also incorporated a team-building component, providing employees from different departments with an opportunity to collaborate and interact in ways that are not part of their usual day-to-day work.
The event was attended not only by our employees, but also by users of the facility, allowing everyone to participate together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Throughout the day, participants shared ideas and worked side by side in a positive and collaborative environment, making the experience both meaningful and enjoyable for all involved.

Several of the completed birdhouses are scheduled to be donated to a local elementary school near our office as part of our community outreach initiatives. We hope they will contribute to environmental education and local wildlife protection efforts.
This initiative marked one of our first attempts to combine environmental activities with cross-departmental employee engagement and community interaction. As the importance of sustainability and social inclusion continues to grow, the event provided a valuable opportunity for employees to actively participate in meaningful social contribution activities.
Our company remains committed to promoting initiatives that support environmental conservation, social inclusion, and stronger connections with the local community.
